The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating beautiful and dynamic branded communications to promote the growing roster of ThinkFoodGroup restaurants, José Andrés brands and associated business ventures and elevate the brands to new heights. This will require a thorough, intuitive understanding of each brand's personality and strategic direction as well as a well-honed creative eye and problem-solving skills. Position reports to the Head of Marketing

• Create, maintain and continuously evolve a selection of branded communications for each business to be deployed as needs arise - which includes collateral, websites, newsletters, email communications, social media skins and gifs, event invites and materials, restaurant menus, promotional/retail items and signage
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, PR/Social, Events, Operations and Human Resources teams to ensure all creative needs are met
• Support as needed in the creation process of new brands by outside graphic and branding agencies
• Seek out opportunities to improve and enhance all visual communications in print, digital, and non-traditional format
• Maintain updated brand guidelines for all brands and help enforce adherence to these guidelines by restaurants as well as hotel and other partners
• Help oversee brand and restaurant photo shoots as needed
• Manage production vendors to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standards at efficient costs and on time
• Work closely with Senior Digital Marketing Manager on the look and feel of all digital communications
• Work with Brand Director, Products, on design of private label packaging and collateral
• Proof all work before production or publishing to ensure accuracy
• Ensure all artwork is archived and organized to ensure future usability

• BFA in Graphic Design or related field
• At least 5 -7 years hands-on agency or in-house experience in graphic design work across a variety of applications, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle arena
• Strong portfolio showing a mastery of color, use of typefaces, composition, photography, and varied styles of design
• Well-honed conceptual design thinking and the ability to understand the role of metaphor and impact in visual communications
• Open-minded, out-of-the-box approach to design that meets both creative and business goals
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Experience working with project management software such as
• Ability to manage multiple projects, varied brand identities and changing priorities with a smile
• Hands-on experience creating production-ready files, for print and digital, and managing the production process
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
