TEQlease Capital is looking for an Equipment Lease Finance Account Executive to join our sales team. 3+ years experience in the equipment finance industry is required.
This is a sales position and involves outbound telephone calling. The right candidates will manage an account base of vendors, businesses and/or schools in an assigned geographic area. They will also research and obtain additional prospects to add to the account base.
The right candidates will learn how to contact and interact with existing and new prospects, discuss and understand current and future equipment needs, and work with different departments within TEQlease to fulfill those requirements. They will work with TEQlease's management team and receive regular feedback and training.
This is a full time, salaried position with bonuses earned based on certain achievements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Educate and advise customers on TEQlease's suite of financing solutions
Daily outbound calls to existing and prospective vendors and customers
Cultivate and manage education/commercial relationships
Use of Salesforce and other CRM tools to maintain accounts
Develop diverse industry expertise including specific product and technical knowledge
Bachelor’s degree preferred– All majors considered
3+ years experience in equipment finance
Strong work ethic, motivation, and ambition to set and exceed goals required
Familiarity with rudimentary finance concepts, formulas and applications preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team framework
Strong phone presence and ability to communicate financial concepts required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Web based tools
