Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate you are a frontline representative of our organization, providing first-class product knowledge and marketing advice to our customers across Canada and the United States. Since Teldon partners with many of the top brands in North America, this role requires a highly focused, energetic salesperson with strong communication skills and a strong desire to succeed.

What a Sales Associate does:

  • Build, manage and maintain strategic relationships with clients;
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer contact database;
  • Manage a high volume of telephone calls and emails to develop a prospect pipeline;
  • Identify, qualify and develop client prospects;
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospects/clients over the telephone;
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution and generating revenue;
  • Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded;
  • Has an extraordinarily positive attitude and proactive work ethic
