TEKsystems is looking for Windows Systems Administrators for our client.
This candidate will be resolving hot button tickets associated with the Service Now(SNOW) roll out at the client.
The candidate will be responsible for queue management and will be the 3rd level escalation point. Tickets involving Unix, Linux, Wintel, AD and provisioning.
50% of tickets will deal with general server issues while the other 50% will deal with granting access or assisting with access.
Tickets involving basic server administration, print queue management- tickets can be escalated if they can not resolve.
These candidates would be working in a L3 capacity help reduce the backlog of tickets in the queue.
Day to day will be:
• troubleshooting server issues and connectivity issues,
• Permissions requests & issue / granting access
• Folder requests
• Print queue issues
