Top Three Skills:
1. Analysis- Be able to look at large data sets within excel and come up with business outcomes and create reports to present to senior leadership. Pivot Tables are required. Will be doing them everyday with customer data.
2. Marketing Optimization Campaign Experience- Have done campaign performance metrics and evaluated the progress of certain metrics being implemented
3. Digital Product or Digital Experience. Need to understand how to work with customers and engage with them through digital campaign
Job Description: This role as a Campaign Optimization analyst is will involve partnering with the Data team within Collaboration who will access data on success and efficiency of marketing and email campaigns that relate to their WebEx suite of products.
From there this person will make decision based on insights they draw from the data on how these campaigns can be more effective. Looking at things such as Audience Segmentation will be a daily activity.
Client's Cloud Collaboration Group is investing its Customer Success organization to grow our market share for SaaS based Collaboration business globally, through investing in digital customer experiences. As a member of the Digital Experience team, the Campaign Analyst will help with audience segmentation, campaign audience profiling, and optimization of digital experience through campaign performance analysis. We have a dynamic team that brings together a mix of backgrounds and disciplines to deliver innovative, adaptive experiences for customers to drive adoption and learning. This team has quickly grown in size and scope and has provided countless opportunities to be creative and bring new ideas to life. This means we go beyond traditional email-based customer engagement to omni-channel digital lifecycle motions and campaigns with rich content spanning email, social, in-product, and web channels.
Additional Information: This person will mainly be focused on Campaign metric performance, reading results and tying back to performance, consumer email marketing (understand relationship between communications being sent out and outcomes ) presentations, and digital project management.
