Hiring a Dekstop Support technician with minimal technical experience to support our Park City location.
* Utilizes technical expertise to support the Senior Technical Analyst with maintaining continuity of the organization's computer systems and networks.
* Monitors and responds to requests for assistance submitted through the technical support ticket system, in-person queries, or incoming support calls to the help desk.
* Monitors systems usage and needs through a variety of system consoles.
* Assists with researching, identifying, and recommending software and applications that will improve the stability of systems and networks.
* Assists with researching, identifying, and recommending
new hardware, software, and applications to support future and/or complex management information systems (MIS) needs
* Administers policies and practices to maximize resource utilization, protect data and maintain systems stability.
* Maintains knowledge on developments, trends, and best practices in technology and business networks.
* Adheres to and enforces established policies and procedures
which define the technical support functions
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
