2 week project for entry level IT technicians
Experience: Entry Level
- Candidates must have a strong phone presence
- Clear concise communication
- Must be extremely reliable and have flexible schedule
- Taking calls related to the new HR & financial software system from internal employees.
- They will then create a ticket in the ticketing system and escalate it to the appropriate team.
Shifts: Monday - Sunday
- Day: 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Overnight: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Resources will work under the direction of management and will be answering incoming calls and properly and accurately capturing the required information for each ticket.
We further understand that each go-live effort will take place over a number of weeks, with two full weeks of support. So availability to perform tasks 24/7 is needed for this project.
