Our client's voice and data team's IT department is looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join their call center team on a long term contract, with strong potential for hire.
They will work with the field services team that takes care of cabling, telecommunication, telephony, and networking around campus to assist with the triage and deployment of those technicians. They will be taking tickets based around phone, data, network issues, fire alarm installs, video services, etc. and facilitate the adds, moves, and changes that this team does (for example, adding phone lines to a building, or adding network equipment to a building). NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
