This newly created role will report to the Data Privacy Center of Excellence (COE) leader. The Data Privacy COE team partner's across the Lines of Business (LOBs) and the technology organization to drive remediation exercises relating to personal data. The role will provide guidance and subject matter expertise on privacy related data sets and data elements. In addition, role will also partner with Legal, policy teams and other teams across the Data Domain and Privacy Management organization on implementation activities.
They are building out the Data Privacy team and identifying additional needs within the organization. They are also rolling off Deloitte team members and bringing the resources in house.
This group which is responsible for the data strategy and capabilities focuses on leveraging data as a strategic asset and is a growing organization. Data is critical to success, deepening relationships with our customers, creating a seamless and convenient multi-channel experience, and meeting our commitment to satisfy our customers' financial needs. DMI defines how we use information across the company, align our business practices and support our continued focus on great customer experience.
These individuals need to be able to work with little direction and reach out to various partners in the organization to get the information they need. Ability to ask questions when needed to be self-guided.
This individual will be working with one of our current team members in Des Moines to support the reporting and metrics around the workflow process as customer responses and data requests are coming through the new customer portal.
Opportunity to work with a newly created team supporting CCPA a new regulatory initiative within a large Enterprise Environment. There is a large opportunity for individuals to convert to full-time positions within this group.
