Applications Administrator/Help Desk III
TEKsystems is looking for technical professionals to help one of our largest clients with their application integrations and support. In this role you will be supporting over 100 applications and work closely with Enterprise Technology, operations, and other stake holders to resolve integration and various other platform issues.
- Implementation, configuration, upgrading, and maintenance of applications
- Experience with Office365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL product suite
- Daily administration of applications such as Office365, Verint, ServiceNow, Workfront, Confluence etc.
- More than 2 years of experience in the IT field, such as Help Desk, System Administrator, etc.
- Solid knowledge of IT databases, including servers, networks, databases, firewalls, virtualization, DNS, group policy objects, etc.
- Daily monitoring and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with technical support departments and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
- Act as project manager for smaller projects
- Act as a SME for application platforms and associated business processes
