Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Java programming, including client-server and RDBMS layers required.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate required.

Proficiency with HTML and JavaScript/Ajax required.

TestNG or other unit testing methodologies required.

Experience with automated integration testing frameworks (FitNesse, Cucumber, etc)

Basic database design required.

Experience building multi-tenant SaaS web applications in a cloud environment required.

Agile product development experience required.

Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical and non-technical resources in a fast-paced environment required.

Ability to solve complex challenges/problems and rapidly delivering innovative solutions required.

Scrum/Kanban (Scrumban) experience desired.

Experience with Git / GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker desired.

Cloud native application architecture experience desired.

Application and database performance analysis

Experience required:

Define, design, implement and test software applications using a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to: Java EE, Relational databases, No SQL Databases, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, React, HTML, and scripting languages

Validate throughput requirements by working with the Performance Engineering team.

Align teams designs with Acoustic's larger architecture objectives.

Assist team members in design discussions and decisions.

Perform code and design reviews with other team members.

Mentor and coach team members to improve product quality and development efficiency.

Work with the support organization to respond and investigate customer issues.

Produce documentation for the work done so support and other members of the team understand the changes to the product.

Interact with the Quality Analysts to define test plans and test data; identify, reproduce, and document defects; fix and verify defects.

Interact daily with the Product Management team to clarify requirements or suggest changes during the implementation of the enhancements.

Interact with the User Experience (UX) team to identify, design and implement the user interface portions of the Campaign applications.
