Currently they are looking to fill a position in our technical support department and this will be a full time direct hire opening which will include a competitive base salary and an attractive benefits package. In this role, you will handle incoming phone and email support inquiries for software and hardware systems. Training is provided however prior related help desk experience and knowledge of computers, networking, software and audio visual components a plus.
