ABOUT TED PARTNERSHIPS: The TED Partnerships team is a group of strategists, marketers, analysts, creatives and producers devoted to supporting the non-profit mission of TED through revenue generating partnerships. Our partners include Marriott, Lexus, Google, Facebook, Dove and many moreand our programs span not only events and conferences, but digital sponsorships, podcasts and audio, video and social custom content created through our TED Ideas Studio. Position Overview The Integrated Marketing Coordinator is an integral support role across the entire Integrated Marketing team, working collaboratively to assist with multiple on-going partnership projects across experiential, digital, and audio on a revolving basis.

This position is detail-oriented and serves as a trusted, reliable resource to further the success of TED partnerships and to help hold the team accountable to internal and external deliverables. Primary Responsibilities Team administrative support: Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, setting agendas and ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deliverables Assist with maintaining internal files, making sure documents and resources are organized and available Provide administrative support to Integrated Marketing Management as needed Project support: Work with Integrated Marketing team on multiple ongoing partner projects across experiential, digital, and audio including research, idea generation and material updates Manage internal databases and timelines on behalf of the integrated marketing team, working with internal TED stakeholders to ensure they are up-to-date Assist team in generating project kick-off materials along with recap materials post project Other duties and special projects as may be assigned as needed Qualifications Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Strong writing and communication skills Detail-oriented, perceptive and ability to meet deadlines An eye for continuously analyzing and optimizing processes to improve the teams efficiency and effectiveness Self-starting, self-motivated and ability to think on ones feet Great analytical and creative problem-solving skills Requirements BA/BS College degree Past professional experience, internships or otherwise Strong computer applications skills (Microsoft Suite, Keynote, G Suite, Slack) Availability for travel (domestic and/or international), as needed Qualifications General: Office environment; position is based in TEDs New York City office Physical: Repetitive movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingers Mental/Visual: Concentrated mental and/or visual attention; work involves performing tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications Machines, Tools, Equipment, Electronic Devices, Computer Software, etc.: Ability to use common office equipment such as telephone, computer and copier About The Integrated Marketing Team, Ted Partnerships Housed within the larger TED Partnerships team, the Integrated Marketing team is a small group of hard-working and collaborative high-achievers who come with a diverse range of interests, backgrounds and skills. Together, we ensure that the revenue-driving sales arm of TED has the concepts and materials needed to build interesting, strategic partnerships.
