Sales & Marketing Coordinator

$55,000-$70,000/year 

A TEC Group client with an AZ manufacturing facility is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional who will be one of the focal points for customer service, including the confirmation and verification of orders, as well as expediting of customer orders. The right candidate will be a day-to-day liaison between the field sales organization, composed of direct sales staff, manufacturing, engineering, and administrative departments. This candidate must have the ability to take initiative and will have a strong knowledge of the diverse customer base, their products, and services.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English)
• Four-year Business Degree or other related degree/experience
• A minimum of three years of experience in an industrial environment is preferred
• Three to five years working with international customers, agents, subsidiaries, distributors, etc.
• Proven skills in phone and e-mail contact with customers
• A keen sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Technical proficiencies, i.e., Microsoft Office, SAP, Outlook
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment
• A strong desire to produce a high-quality product
• Strong time/task management skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Semi-technical skills

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Ensure that all customer orders and changes are entered in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle the customer service function in a manner that presents the company in the highest possible image, ensuring timely call-backs, expediting of customer requests and order confirmation and verification
• Incumbent will support and work closely with the sales and marketing team
• Work with the manufacturing facilities to coordinate the shipping of product to the customers in the designated manner
• Work closely with the Export & Logistics Administrator, including back-up for export documentation
• Provide assistance to others in the department as required
