Job Description Customer Service Specialist Purpose: Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries and request about product and services. Deep understanding of the sales process to help build client relations and meet/exceed monthly goals. Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow-up with customers Increase sales for existing customers by promoting additional products/services Meet or exceed monthly goals for existing assigned customer base Process forms, applications and request for customers Quote and negotiate prices, enter sales orders and proof invoices Keep records of customer interactions and transactions (Goldmine/Sage) Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once Minimum 1 years’ business to business customer service experience - preferably in a call center environment Company Description We’ve been matching high-performing, top-tier talent with the right jobs since 1980.
