As a non-profit human services provider, TEAM Inc. is a community action agency covering the Lower Naugatuck Valley region and beyond - a full-time position is available to support the CEO in the ongoing monitoring, results analysis, planning & design, and coordination of agency operations. This includes but is not limited to program evaluation & quality assurance, program data integrity, strategic objectives, contractual obligations, participant satisfaction & needs surveys, and written policies & procedures.
This position's management responsibilities include: A) consistent and effective communication among internal departments to ensure achievement of agency-wide goals; B) participating as an effective member of TEAM's strategic leadership team; C) developing and monitoring agency data and results; D) program evaluation and quality assurance; E) ensuring that programs and services are operated in conformance with grantor requirements, state law, agency policies, and best practices; F) leading and contributing to the development of community needs assessments, program planning & design, and CEO coordination of agency operations; G) administrative support for the President/CEO including but not limited to TEAM Board of Directors communications & record-keeping, meeting coordination, correspondence, reports, CEO notifications & planning database, events, communications, and special projects, H) supervision of administrative staff.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and relevant professional work experience (non-profit environment preferred). Successful candidate must have 1) excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; 2) ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and meet deadlines; 3) strong analytical & project management skills with the ability to multi-task; 4) strong computer skills and proficiency with information technology including Microsoft Office and diverse software database management systems; 5) ability to interact effectively with many constituencies and in a professional team environment; 6) ability to travel throughout TEAM's large region; 6) ability to interact effectively as a trainer and coach to a multi-disciplinary and diversified TEAM staff audience; 7) knowledge of anti-poverty initiatives and social support systems.
