Immediate position available for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude!
Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail and scheduling appointments as needed and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
**Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
Job duties will include:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Assist the office manager with a number of various projects
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Pay starting at $16.00 per hour depending on experience, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with occasional weekends.
- 2 years Administrative experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
- Background will be reviewed
