Full Time

$45-$50 per hour - depending on experience

100% remote

Are you looking for a new opportunity with an industry leading company? Coursera is looking for a Content Strategist to join our Scaled Support Operations team.


Job Overview:

This role will be focused on building out our internal knowledge base for our customer support agents. As the Content Strategist focused on our internal KB, you will improve and migrate existing content as well as improve the structure and searchability. Additionally, you will partner with our existing Content
Strategists and Support Specialists to build out a long term framework for ingesting and publishing new content.


Own and manage the transition of internal content from Google Sites to Salesforce
Edit, write, and publish clear, jargon-free support documentation on new and existing
Help shape and execute the strategy to migrate and organize our agent resources in a
user-friendly manner
Work with Support Specialists, agents, Content Strategists, and other support staff to build a
effective repository of content
Build out metrics and measure to understand the effectiveness of internal content and drive
future improvements
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience writing internal support content at a consumer-facing technology
3+ years experience with Content Management Systems such as Confluence, Zendesk or
Experience working with customer support organizations and assessing agent needs
Demonstrated history proactively communicating and synchronizing content management
with peers and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background working with Salesforce and their Community/Experience portal Background working in a fast-paced startup environment with demonstrated ability to manage
ambiguous projects while adapting and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, highly organized and
process oriented.
Experience in basic coding languages like HTML and CSS a big plus.
Experience with UX and design elements
Experience working with outsourced customer support teams
