This is a multi-tasking, attention to detail, administrative customer service position. Candidates must be incredibly personable, goal-oriented, self-starters, extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks in order to get the job done efficiently and accurately. Tasks include order processing via phone, email (Outlook), fax and website; resolving customer issues regarding product/shipping discrepancies; answering questions regarding herbal product information; filing and office supply ordering. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Professional demeanor is a must in interacting with our professional clients and staff. Knowledge of MS Office applications is a must. Basic knowledge in Quickbooks is a plus, but not required. Organization and management of office details is required. Continuous on-site training in Chinese herbs and specifically our product lines will be a component of this position.

· Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls
· Order processing and resolving customer issues
· Respond to email inquiries
· Assisting with questions regarding Chinese herbal products
· Assisting with issues from sales, continuing education, and shipping departments
· Filing and office supply ordering
