Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a TCBY Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team. Weekly hours typically 30-35 hours Mondays-Fridays, unless otherwise needed.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of employees
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Handle and make orders of frozen yogurt, cakes, and pies
- Cleaning and stocking, managing orders
Qualifications:
- Self motivated
- Responsible and reliable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership qualities
Must be able to work mainly day shifts.
We offer an hourly pay, plus tips.
We are a frozen yogurt and cookie dessert franchise. We are looking for a team leader for our Mandeville & Covington locations. It will be a manager role with added responsibilities.
