Vice President Finance (Manufacturing Background Required)

This position is posted for one of our valued clients The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who will lead a FP&A team to support the following areas: financial, KPI analysis and reporting, financial systems, business planning, M&A due diligence, forecasting, and budgeting. Some notable duties and responsibilities Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly financial reports with operating results (consolidated and business unit level) and, working with the finance team, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variance and trends. Monitor, refine and optimize financial and non-financial key performance indicators (including all areas of revenue, cost of revenue, and operating expenses) and the appropriate reporting to assess financial and operational performance across the Company. Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting process including cash forecasting to ensure the company has the most current information available to support resource allocation and decision making. Plan, oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the CFO; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization's financial status. Support Executive Leadership Team in preparation of presentations, books, analysis that require financial, KPI, operational metrics. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and statistical reports and presentations in support of business reviews, Board meetings, and other ad hoc presentations; effectively prepare communications of critical financial matters to the board of directors and sponsors and senior leadership team. Requirements Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and see projects through to completion. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including working additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines and/or travelling as needed. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a complex matrix environment. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, especially Excel. Ability to travel up to 10% as required. Benefits This is a full-time position with corporate benefits
