We are working on this position for one of our most valued clients Someone with a food services background would be preferred This Director will be a leader and team builder. The Director will have three direct reports including: Sr. Manager of Network & Infrastructure, Manager of End User Computing, and a Sr.

Manager of Information Security. The overall organization will have ~15 FTEs when fully built out. The Director will lead planning, implementing, and maintaining the secure technical infrastructure required to support company operations. They will be responsible for entire technical infrastructure including systems networks, communications, support desk, computers, and associated devices.

Technology includes on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The Director will update and establish information security programs, processes, and procedures in accordance with recognized industry security frameworks. She/he will be responsible for End User Computing services within the company including support desk.

This Director designs and implements strategic and tactical plans aligned with company plans including developing and executing an enterprise cloud strategy in collaboration with Enterprise Architect. This leader will develop and presents executive-level performance metrics and management reports and provide effective leadership and technical expertise to achieve results and develop staff. Aligned with company governance and planning processes, develops strategic and tactical plans for infrastructure and information security practices. Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to meet IT and company requirements. Prepare and present proposals for capital projects and operating expense. Maintain knowledge and assessment of technical trends and integrate findings, as appropriate, into planning processes. Lead network and security architectural planning. Develop associated project plans. Assure management of infrastructure availability and performance through active monitoring and analysis processes.

Prepare and present associated management reports. Lead end user computing service for the company including support desk and IT infrastructure assets from Acquire to Retire. Develop and implement key corporate security policies aligned with industry best practices. Implement and manage an information security management system (ISMS) to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information owned, controlled, or processed by the firm. Implement and manage the Security Operations Center (virtual SOC) in collaboration with outside service provider. Establish security incident response processes and associated company-level “crisis” response plans. Prepare executive-level information security status and progress reports based on performance metrics. Establish effective ongoing processes for IT risk management, including third-party risks. Effectively interface with internal and external auditors. Respond to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) assurance requests. Participate, or share leadership roles, in company-level risk management, business continuity, data protection, and compliance initiatives. Develop, maintain, and test IT disaster recovery plans. Coordinate planning with business units.

Routinely present plan status to executive management. Manage all key infrastructure and security vendors. Report status. Assure effective performance management and professional development of staff throughout organization. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of relevant experience in technical infrastructure and enterprise information security practices. 8+ years of experience in managing infrastructure and/or information security staff. Certification in technical infrastructure implementation and management, such as CCNA, CCNP, MSP, ITIL.

Minimum of one professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Knowledge of Information Security industry standards/best practices and relevant regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, SOX, NIST, ISO, CobiT) Benefits This is a full time position with corporate benefits.
