Front Office Call Center Lead
Healthcare experience needed managing at least 5-10 people. Our client, a Community Health Center and multispecialty healthcare practice, is seeking a Front Office Call Center Lead. This site offers quality healthcare services for the whole family. They are deeply committed to the patients and communities served. The Front Office Call Center Lead will join a team dedicated to providing quality, culturally-competent and comprehensive community-based primary care, mental health and social services for diverse populations in underserved communities throughout New York City.
Duties and Responsibilities
The call center team lead is a manager who maximizes productivity and quality customer care.
Handling Daily Operations
Make sure correct procedures are followed and routinely give directions to staff on what to do and how to improve, scheduling workers to ensure adequate coverage.
Motivating
Work hard to build a loyal customer base, set goals for staff to achieve as a way to spur performance and to measure effectiveness.
Training Staff
Get these new team members up to speed on duties and expectations.
Evaluating Performance
Monitor how both their group and its individual employees are performing; think of ways to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. Observations may be documented in written reports submitted to higher management.
Seeking Feedback
The call center team lead will ask the staff for input on how to increase productivity and better serve clients.
