2nd Shift - 2pm-10pm (Monday through Friday)
3rd Shift - 10pm-6:00am (Monday through Friday)

We are very excited to offer a variety of opportunities for motivated workers, including a NEW 8-hour Monday through Friday shift schedule!

Potential overtime may be available and will be based on business needs.

Mandatory training will be conducted on 1st shift before starting shift schedule.

Material Handlers are responsible for packaging and movement of completed film products.

If hired, your daily tasks will include:
  • Complete all required safety activities as outlined in plant safety rules.
  • Operate a variety material handling vehicles and equipment.
  • Weigh, inspect, and label film by following operation instructions.
  • Perform audits to ensure packaging integrity.
  • Clean up messes or other housekeeping issues as soon as reasonable; this will include an overall 'clean as you go' mentality.
  • Report any known or discovered contamination or other food safety risk to product to their direct supervisor immediately.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Operate a fork truck and/or pallet jack (Taghleef will provide certification on all equipment)

The successful candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and a real commitment to their attendance, quality of work, ensuring a superior customer experience, with a key focus on safety, quality, and cleanliness.

Pay is based on performance and includes a $1.00/hour night shift differential.

To qualify, candidates should meet the following requirements:
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Must be able to work in a moderately heavy manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
• Must be able to withstand continuous periods of moving, walking, bending, stooping, keeling, twisting motion, climbing, and descending stairs and ladders to perform most tasks
• Must be mentally sharp and quick to respond
• Must be able to perform basic math functions
• Must understand basic computer skills and perform "daily" data entry tasks/requirements
