Customer Service Representative:

We are currently seeking self-motivated, safety minded, positive, enthusiastic individuals to become part of our customer-service oriented team. Our success is made possible by three things: our passion for people, our passion for service, and our tireless effort to be a leader. As a customer service representative, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting private aircraft passengers and crews
  • Assisting internal customers and teammates
  • Making hotel, car and catering reservations
  • Answering telephones
  • Taking and dispatching aircraft fuel orders
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information through various means of communication (radio, telephone, electronic, etc.)
  • Communicating with aircraft via radio
  • Processing sales transactions
  • Working closely with line service technicians and pilots to ensure all customer needs are met
  • Working simultaneously with all team members to provide superior customer service

Required Skills

  • Valid drivers license
  • 18 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Customer service/hospitality experience is preferred
  • Experience in the aviation industry is desired but not required
  • An extensive safety and customer-service training program is provided
  • Schedule flexibility is a must, as most FBOs operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Candidates need to possess a strong sense of safety and customer service
  • Customer service entails displaying amiable character under stressful situations, while satisfying the safety and service needs of each customer
  • Candidate must have a passion for outstanding customer service, good problem-solving abilities, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication skills
