Summary


T2S Solutions, LLC, a veteran owned small business, currently has an opening for a Program Manager-PNT SME to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. A successful candidate will influence and support Army next generation Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities and technologies.


Duties & Responsibilities


+ Knowledgeable on current, cutting edge, and future PNT technologies in the Government and Commercial markets.


+ Establish, collect, and maintain a broad knowledge base of all IC and DoD PNT projects.


+ Assess the technical readiness levels of PNT and provide technical recommendations.


+ Be known in the wider PNT community, attending various events, conferences, providing specific direction on T2S capabilities.


+ Define technical analysis methods, conduct independent research, and present findings.


+ Develop and present technical white papers, executive level briefings, and solutioning sessions.


+ Must be knowledgeable in current and future requirements for Position, Navigation, and Timing capability, including the development of the Ground, Stratosphere, and Space based capabilities including current PORs (DAPS, MAPS, AJ, ALTNAV, etc.).


+ Provide engineering and technical assistance to support data requirements and network design for future PNT/EW assets


+ Provide on-site exercise/testing support at CONUS and OCONUS locations as directed by the Government


+ Provide engineering and technical assistance to the design and implementation of PNT/EW assets to ensure that system designs are operationally relevant


+ Participate in planning and implementation of concepts of operations, configuration requirements, definition analysis, design, system integration, performance analysis of PNT/EW assets


+ Address complex tasks and project requirements and objectives.


+ Complete tasks that require the ability to both operate independently and lead work groups, as required


+ Test and evaluation skills and planning is required for the Jaded Unicorn/Agile Meridian portfolio as well.


Required Qualifications & Skills


+ Active DoD Security Clearance Required


+ Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in electrical/aerospace/computer engineering, computer science, or information sciences or related technical degree strongly preferred


+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite


+ Minimum of 5 years of working experience directly related to PNT, SIGINT, and/or EW


+ Ability to communicate/interface with a wide variety of personnel – including senior Army Leadership


+ Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS for approximately 25% of the time annually


+ Demonstrated experience and familiarity with DoD and Army S&T and Acquisitions


+ Excellent analytical skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive


+ Excellent communication skills
