Full Job Description

The Senior Data Engineer will leverage their comprehensive development and data engineering expertise to support the development and transformation of large applications and data to support the digitally transformed US Census Bureau (USCB). The 2020 Decennial Census system-of-systems was scaled up to become one of the largest and most successful production environments running in the AWS GovCloud region. We require an innovative engineer who can help our USCB customer transition 2020 Decennial Census applications into a new, highly secure enterprise cloud environment.

Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of development experience
US Citizenship required. Candidates must also be able to pass a Department of Commerce Public Trust investigation
Strong hands-on development experience with Python
Spark / Python, Pyspark experience is required

Desired Skills:
Experience with SAS and Stata desired
