Job Description Principal Duties:Expert proficiency in Quick-books required.Construction accounting Ensure all job costs, invoices and payments are reconciled for each jobManages day to day bookkeeping functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, employee expenses, credit card reconciliations, etc.Oversees payroll functionsCoordinate monthly and weekly financial reporting for managementSales tax depositsConstruction experience is a plusKey Qualifications:Strong organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsTrustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quick-booksExtremely organized and detail-orientedExperience with Construction accounting preferredExperience:Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)Quick-books: 2 years (Required)Company DescriptionGrowing construction company (15-25 People) with multiple offices
