Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a science background and lab management experience to join the T-Cure team as Lab Manager, reporting to AD/Director of Science/Engineering. This new team member will be responsible for the daily operation of the R&D and Process Development laboratories, assisting the T-Cure team with all logistics, instrument maintenance, facility maintenance, and lab management, lab technique training as well as EHS responsibilities.

The Lab Manager will work closely with the scientific staff to evaluate needs to optimize laboratory
operations and assist the team as T-Cure continues to scale.

Additional Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
● Provides overall technical and supervisory direction to ensure that laboratory services comply with
standards established by Laboratory Services, CAP AABB, FDA, OSHA, and JCAHO.
● Oversee and maintain laboratory policies and procedures for equipment maintenance, laboratory
cleanliness and organization, Environmental Health and Safety requirements
● Manage purchasing of laboratory supplies, reconcile orders, invoices, and receipt confirmations
● Work closely with team to optimize equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors to ensure rapid equipment repairs
● Maintain training documents for equipment, hazardous waste management, and laboratory safety
● Work with teams to manage inventory onsite and offsite; act as lead coordinator for offsite storage
● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency of the laboratory
● Assist with implementation of new equipment, programs and/or procedures in the assigned area(s) as needed
● Additional responsibilities as assigned

● Biology, Immunology, or other Life Sciences with at least 5 years hands-on experience in a
laboratory, 4 years laboratory management experience
● Familiar with cGxP requirements
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively
● Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential
Strong understanding (advanced skills) of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
● Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility, able to adjust workload
based upon changing priorities
