Seeking a self-motivated, process oriented, future focused Account Manager to lead our operational excellence initiatives at our Americas headquarters. In our Sales Account Manager role, you will manage and develop cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence across the entire organization while balancing and prioritizing team resources.

How you'll contribute in this role

  • Drive the transformational growth of our business ensuring that newly developed processes and projects continue to meet business and customer needs
  • Motivate others through effective communication
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in continuous improvement, providing project management and analytical support for the sales organization.
  • Use disciplined project management approach to assure efficient and consistent implementations.
  • Prepare a month end report for management that includes, but is not limited to status of projects in process or complete, cost savings and future goals and objectives.
  • Maintain collaborative and positive working relationships with team members in various departments
  • Demonstrate and leverages knowledge of all business systems used by the sales organization.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

We're seeking candidates with an Associate’s Degree from an accredited two-year college or university or a minimum of two years’ work experience performing substantially similar essential functions or an equivalent combination of education and experience AND a minimum of five years project management or similar work experience performing substantially similar essential functions.

  • Other required qualifications include:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s technologies and its business strategy
  • Demonstrates proficiency in navigating a business ERP system
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in an effective, positive manner with managers and individual contributors in a team environment
  • Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates proficient organizational, time management and follow up skills
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and effective analytical skills
  • Demonstrates effective decision making and active listening skills
  • Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred.
