Nationwide, growing healthcare company specializing in drug and alcohol treatment is looking for a Licensed Program Director for their Dallas County Corrections Division
Plans, organizes, directs and controls management and delivery of quality client services and related administrative and support activities, within a defined substance abuse treatment program to ensure compliance with program and company standards and objectives, and applicable contracts and regulations.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the integration of clinical services and milieu management (client supervision) to support program goals. Meets with supervisors, managers, vendors, county officials, or other entities to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Provides integration updates to higher level management with recommendations for cross functional initiatives.
Audits client records, reviews client recommended discharge plans, and conducts client case reviews to ensure consistent and timely documentation of reports and investigations.
Reviews compliance with established program/contract objectives and regulations, government regulations, and accreditation standards. Works with program management to redirect and/or motivate staff to meet service delivery objectives and compliance standards; works with supervisory staff to initiate and implement appropriate client corrective actions as necessary.
Complies and prepares operational and clinical data reports and analyses for review and use in planning and evaluating program services, contract compliance, and achievement of service delivery objectives. Provides recommendations to improve program quality and effectiveness.

EDUCATION, LICENSE & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, counseling or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
· Current Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas
· 3+ years experience in a corrections environment
· 3+ years concurrent supervisory experience, including two (2) years progressive experience in a Cognitive Behavioral Intervention program
