AMPS Field Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY

SDI is seeking an AMPS Service Field Representative to support the US Army at Redstone Arsenal.

Job Description:

• Utilizes experience with Aviation Mission Planning Systems (AMPS)
• Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, networking, and software issues
• Provides assistance in training scenarios, software installation and updating procedures, verification and documentation
• Interacts with system engineers, developers, testers and end users to help solve issues
• Coordinates planning and shipment of training equipment and onsite training worldwide for AMPS users
• Provide remote support to AMPS users and log appropriately

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• High school graduate with technical/military school experience
• Individual may be required to possess specialized certifications.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Minimum of 5 years of task related experience working with AMPS/CAFRS

• Experience with military equipment related disciplines with 10 years experience is preferred
