Job Title: Principal Backend Developer

Job Location: Dulles, VA (Remote till COVID)

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

Job Description

Back-end developer with 10+ years of experience in Java / J2ee including object oriented design and design patterns, software architecture, multi-threading and debugging skills
UI
Oracle DB migration/upgrade support
3P integration new feature/maintenance
Analyze and reduce number of incidents logged (actionable vs just informational)
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Good knowledge of popular Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and REST API
Good knowledge of databases techniques (on relational and nonSQL databases)
Unix experience (command line mostly, scripting less)
Experience with code repository, (i.e. GIT or SVN)
Plus: Storm, Kafka, CI/CD
