Inside Sales Support Representative for MSP

We are a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a highly motivated and talented Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing sales support, creating quotes, and working closely with our vendors and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team and vCIO team to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Create and deliver accurate and timely quotes and proposals for clients and prospects.
• Work with vendors to obtain pricing and product information.
• Follow up on leads and quotes to drive sales and close deals.
• Collaborate with our technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activity in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales support or a related role in the technology industry preferably with a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
• Experience creating and delivering accurate and timely quotes to clients and prospects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
