Bilingual HR Generalist

Our Client, a leading designer, marketer and distributor has an immediate opening for a permanent HR Generalist role in the Greater Memphis, TN region. The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish!

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Collaborate with all members of a Global HR Team
• Provide recruiting services for US locations
• Provide support for Global Staffing
• Support Employee Engagement, Recognition and Activity Programs
• Support Employee Development and training programs
• Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding programs
• Provide compensation and benefits support

Requirements of the position include:

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in supporting Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Distribution companies
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• 4-year degree in HR management, business, or related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an HR Generalist with experience in a variety of HR functions
• Working knowledge of Affirmative Action and employee onboarding methods are desirable skills
• Must have full cycle recruiting experience including strong online skills; ADP WorkforceNow Recruiting and LinkedIn experience are highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS; ADP WorkforceNow experience is highly desirable
