Jr. Talent Acquisition

We are now hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a boutique staffing agency by the beach. This isn't a "job" this is a Career

We have a core group of clients we work with and provide our staff with the tools and training needed to succeed. We have a small, yet fun office here in San Clemente within sight of the ocean. We work hard and are quite successful to the point we're adding a few members to the team.

This is a full time on-site position, with enormous chance for growth! If you're interested in the Recruiting and Staffing industry I'd be happy to speak with you. Bartenders, servers, good customer service people, anyone who's good with people and willing to work hard, I want to talk with YOU!!

You DO get an hourly pay/benefits plus potential commissions. Start as a Junior and get a guaranteed raise at 90 days when you turn into a Recruiter, good recruiters typically make $100k+ a year!!!

We'll train the right person, we just want someone who's really smart, outgoing, not afraid to have conversations and is willing to learn!

The right person will be hard working and driven with a strong desire to make a lot of money! This is truly a position where you will determine your own paycheck, BUT you'll always have a comfortable salary to reply upon.
