Currently, we are in need of a New Accounts - Sales Representative to assist with new business development. As a New Accounts - Sales Representative, you would be responsible for handling all new enrollments for our client.
Inside sales and acquisitions
Assisting new customers
1 Week of vacation along with other benefits starting the first year of employment (after probationary period)
Successful individuals are eligible for internal lead roles within 2-4 weeks
Ability to quickly learn through corporate classroom-style training and hands-on field training
Confidence and effective communication skills (i.e., a “people person")
Strong verbal / written communication
Negotiation and presentation skills
High School Diploma required.
Ability to understand the key aspects of selling on value as opposed to price
Demonstrated ability to work within the dynamic and evolving sales cycle
Maintains a self-directed approach to the study of new products, literature, promotions and more.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
