Entry Level Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.

Duties:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Responsible for understanding customer needs and allocating appropriate volume to the correct geographical locations
  • Managing inventory to ensure it coincides with customer purchase orders.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Well-organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving

  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
