We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve concerns and issues
- Present material to customers
- Serve as a point of contact for clients
- Handle administrative needs
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Plan work-related travel details
- Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
- Maintain and order supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
