Job DescriptionCompany Description
A growing Johnson County real estate company is seeking a Controller with "hands-on" financial management experience.
The Controller will be responsible for variety of duties that include:
- Month end reporting
- Budgeting and annual audit review
- Production of financial reports
- Profit and loss reports
- Journal entries
- Maintenance of accounting records
SKILLS REQUIRED CONTROLLER POSITION:
- 5+ years experience as a Controller
- Experience with Yardi, Great Plains or similar accounting software a plus
- Strong supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- MS Office experience
