Your Tasks Will Be:
Answer and Manage all Phones, Texts, Emails to the Main office line
Find and Analyze Properties
Client Communication, Follow Up, and Management
Complete and Manage Paperwork/Contracts
Property Inspections and Showings
3+ Years Real Estate Experience
Transaction Coordination Experience - Certification Preferred
Ability to manage many different tasks
Strong project management and coordination skills
System/Process Oriented - Ability to follow systems and processes consistently
