We are looking for someone to come in and fill out our team.

We provide real estate, property management, and construction management services in the Bakersfield, CA area.

Our top goals are to provide excellent client service and maintain a high quality reputation

 

Your Tasks Will Be:

Answer and Manage all Phones, Texts, Emails to the Main office line

Find and Analyze Properties

Market Properties

Client Communication, Follow Up, and Management

Complete and Manage Paperwork/Contracts

Transaction Coordination

Property Inspections and Showings

 

Qualifications:

3+ Years Real Estate Experience

Transaction Coordination Experience - Certification Preferred

Ability to manage many different tasks

Strong project management and coordination skills

Reliable Transportation

Timeliness

System/Process Oriented - Ability to follow systems and processes consistently

Critical Thinking

Efficient

Consistent
