Position is:
Full time opening in our Client Services Dept working with existing accounts of the telecommunication clients and associations we are contracted with. Responsible for top level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options.

Requirements:
1 year CSR/Management/Sales experience, OR college degree
