Job Description and Responsibilities

High
-Level Engineering firm seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience consistent but not limited to:

- Working on office administrative tasks

- Assisting with proposal and report writing

- Proofreading, formatting and editing documents

- Requesting certificates of insurance

- Taking meeting minutes/notes

- Planning, ordering, and setting up business lunches

- Scheduling meetings

- Handling mail, UPS, and package deliveries to the office

- Maintaining and ordering office supplies

- Answering phones (infrequent) and answering the suite door for visitors

- Processing check requests and entering invoices

- Assisting Project Managers and Admin staff as needed

Required Attributes

- Yrs of experience: 1
-3.

- A High School Diploma is required.

- High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Familiarity with Engineering industry.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in the AEC industry

- Associates Degree

- Proposal/Grant writing experience

- Experience responding to RFP/RFQs

- Effectively interact with both external and internal clients.
