Virtual Call Center Supervisor

Major Pet Insurance company seeking a Virtual Call Center Supervisor to join their team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

6 Month Contract - Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assist Customer Service Representative resolve issues
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Perform Q&A on live calls
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Coach Representatives on call handling and professional demeanor


  • Current experience as a Call Center
  • Must be able to provide your own laptop, programs provided to you
  • HS Diploma required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work full time schedule, on-site
