Responsible for the smooth and effective running of projects and programs for the Global Oncology Team, with a focus on efficiency of delivery and reporting.
Collaborate closely with: Multichannel Strategists, other Project Managers, external agencies, IT and Head of Digital Services to ensure their projects are delivered to agreed scope, timing, budget and quality.
Deliver projects across multiple channels and disciplines the role will be assigned projects based on customer need / requirement.
Oversight and Execution of Multichannel projects.
Key liaison between Multichannel strategists, External agency partners, brands, PLS, IT , Development and Commercial.
Day-to-day project management and execution of the multichannel strategies and tactics to ensure that objectives and expectations are consistently met or exceeded among several agencies and internal partners (IT, PLS, etc.).
Track and Maintain overall project timelines.
Follow up teams and ensure the project Milestones are delivered as scheduled
Support with IT Documentation and responsible for process control during asset development. Work with IT to complete/review IT Docs, get brand team signatures.
Review and confirm URS document
Work with IT/PLS/ and external creative agencies to ensure assets delivered are according to the NVS standards.
Ensure Assets are verified per department’s best practices.
Schedules meetings with external agencies and IT/PLS to clarify requirements for websites and media asset delivery
UAT and quality control of the Multichannel assets
Ensure the assets developed are in line with business requirements
Track and Communicate status/risks to Multichannel strategists and Key stakeholders regarding digital assets
Ensure that the PROGRES (MLR) changes and/or edits are incorporated by the agency of record
Work with PLS and External agencies to ensure all Global assets are archived in corresponding platforms like Reel Deal and to support countries with localization
Continual assessment and process improvements.
Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and works closely with the appropriate stakeholders to execute changes where most appropriate
Provide support to countries in order to facilitate local adaptation of globally created digital assets as well as with Launch
Vendor Management for digital asset
Onboard Internal teams/External agencies with Processes, guidelines, templates and Best Practices for the creation of assets
Engage IT/PLS to share with external agencies (Agency/creative) the checklists/templates that required for asset delivery
Coordinate tasks between brand, external agencies, and NVS IT teams and PLS
Tagging and Reporting of Multichannel engagement assets
Work with IT/PLS to ensure that digital assets are tagged and setup for analytics tracking
Work with PLS and external vendors to ensure all the digital assets are being tracked in dashboards and GA
Receive and share with Multichannel strategists, the Google Analytics and Dashboard reports
Leverage Tagging architype – Follow and track
Legal and Compliance support
Work with Agency of Record to ensure that projects are fully submitted into the PROGRESS system
Facilitate dialogue with 3rd party vendor and PLS for Global NP4 submission of digital assets
Content management and migration support
Request SharePoint and/or Portal sites for internal use
Reach out to IT Support and raise tickets to suspend or retire websites as needed
Work with PLS/external agencies to archive digital assets in Reel Deal for countries localization and future content updates
Work with IT during migration of the brand assets to new platforms as needed
Ensure that all documentation, costings, briefs, scopes and presentations are of the highest possible standard
Develop great relationships with the internal project teams in order to ensure smooth project management
Ensuring that internal team members are kept up-to-date on project developments, changes in timings, costs and any issues that may arise.
Communicate regularly and don’t avoid difficult conversations
Ensure that internal and customer sign-offs are obtained on all key project deliverables, and that you have an audit trail if things go wrong
Manage conflicts and issues effectively, and seek guidance from your manager on any potentially sensitive or difficult situations
University degree in Life Science, Business, IT, PM
Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
5+ years of proven experience managing delivery of and/or digital projects and services across complex matrix environments
Positive and solution focused, even when faced with difficult problems or adversity
Know when to delegate and raise concerns at the appropriate time, to the right people when issues occur
