Job Description

Syndeo has a temp-to-ire opportunity for a Project Manager Assistant / Facilities Specialist position. The PM Assistant will be responsible for providing support to clients on a daily basis including scheduling requests from clients for technicians throughout the US, coordination with store managers, answering phones, and sourcing new subcontractors as needed.  This is a fast-growing company, with ample opportunity for advancement within.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedules work orders and monitors until completion
  • Clearly communicates expectations to vendors
  • Communicates with customer(s) on project and project results
  • Updates customer work order platforms (ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Verisae, OfficeTrax, Fexa, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Negotiates prices with vendors
  • Act as a mediator between customers and vendors
  • Resolves any issues and solves problems throughout project life cycle
  • Effectively manages project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
  • Tracks and reports on project throughout time span of project(s)
  • Oversees assigned work requests to ensure they remain on track by working with Administrative Assistant and others
  • Ensures information for billing is correct
  • Develops tools and best practices for execution and project management on project(s)
  • Archives any and all project(s) document(s) and photos
  • Sources new vendors as needed
  • Manages daily reports on open work orders and billing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of facilities repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Minimum of 6 months previous related facilities experience

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 8am -5 pm

PAY

$13-16/hour DOE
