We are looking to fill a handful of territorial sales positions in Springfield and all surrounding areas to work our Mortgage Protection Life and Disability insurance program. This program gives homeowners the opportunity to protect their family with a cash benefit in the event that one of the primary income earners unexpectedly pass away, become disabled, or becoming critically/chronically ill. Our program is driven by an exclusive direct mail lead generation system where the recipient chooses to respond and requests to be contacted. NO cold calls.
The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of life insurance sales experience (although not required) and be currently licensed with an active state Life or Life/Health insurance license. We are willing to consider applicants who are not currently licensed; those applying must be willing to obtain a license (online course training and background check as required by state Insurance Commissioner). Prior sales/insurance experience is not required. A vast number of successful people in our company came into this business with nothing but a burning desire to succeed.
All applicants must have reliable transportation, an active US driver's license, and be able to pass a federal background check. Applicants also must be comfortable meeting with potential clients in their homes, talking and helping them with their insurance needs.

This is an uncapped commission based pay structure with unlimited growth potential for the right candidate. There is an opportunity to build your own agency within the company and build an uncapped residual income.
We are looking to fill full time and part time positions at this time. Scheduling is flexible, most of the time we're able to work around someone's day job/full time work schedule.
