As a Project Manager/Coordinator at, you will be managing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and web portal solutions for a wide range of clients across North America and Europe.

Projects will range from straight-forward web portals and Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 roll-outs to more complicated integrated solutions ranging in size from 3 to 12 month engagements.

You will be a part of a cohesive and strong team of experienced software developers and Dynamics CRM/365 and Portal Consultants with a focus on executing strong repeatable business processes to ensure the effective delivery of our projects.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Management Team in building realistic project plans based on our implementation process and best practices.
  • As a Team, manage projects in the context of clients' prioritized constraints.
  • Work collaboratively on project teams to achieve project milestones and objectives on time and on budget.
  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources for active projects.
  • Identify, assess and track project risks.
  • Supervise progress of ongoing projects and resolve issues.
  • Review project productivity, coordinating requests for changes, tracking progress vs. billing, and overall efficiencies.
  • Communicate regular project updates with internal and client stakeholders via e-mail, telephone or face-to-face.
  • Assign, manage, expedite and communicate tasks assigned to the client.
  • Enact change control processes for client change requests.
  • Manage the flow of information and tasks between the company’s team and 3rd-party vendors involved in projects.
  • Review employee timecard entries and active projects to ensure accuracy.
  • Track and manage invoicing to date, WIP and outstanding budget as it is related to the project plan and expected deliverables.

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Business, or Project Management
  • PMP Certification an asset


A minimum of 4 years of professional project management experience in the IT industry, including the following:

  • Coordinating of the full SDLC for software development and implementation projects.
  • Simultaneous coordination of multiple software projects of varying sizes across a variety of industries.
  • Management of platform-based software solution implementations, integrations with 3rd-party systems, data migrations, deployments in cloud, virtual and on-premise environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Zoho, MS Office including SharePoint and Visio.
  • Front-end user or deeper familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM/365, Progress Sitefinity CMS, The Portal Connector.
