Swoon is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client in the hospitality field!

Job Description:

  • Reconcile overcharges on the Expedia Virtual Cards through research and email correspondence.
  • Verify accuracy of overcharges using standard business procedures.
  • Strong written communication, attention to detail as well as the ability to quickly move through multiple computer system with ease is a must.
  • Credit Card knowledge is preferred.

Job Requirements:

  • Associates is preferred.
