This position will start remote but will transition to onsite
This person should be a quick learner but should have some familiarity with new product introduction. Not a traditional PM, the top tech skills are PP and Excel.
Soft Skills: Good communication, flexible, emotionally robust, able to communicate well with an executive presence.

Component Strategy MGPP
Facilitation of cross functional and cross department teams (primarily PSLD with GASD) to deliver component aftermarket parts growth plans. Summarize project portfolio for executive audience, including leading a small team of contributors to deliver a cohesive message, planning preparation cadence. Summarizing execution of multiple gate style project management techniques such as Services NPI, component NPI, and others. Organizing, tracking and summarizing source change decisions.
Roughly half the day in meetings, half the day at computer working with Excel, PowerPoint, email, and entering project commentaries into database.
Meeting with product manager regularly to prepare for upcoming meetings and presentations.
Bachelor's degree (engineering or business preferred) or equivalent.
Good understanding of NPI process and/or Services NPI process. Powerpoint, Excel (pivot tables, vlookups). Power BI creation is a delighter, but not required.
Flexibility, teamwork, excellent oral and written (especially Powerpoint) communication skills. Ability to work across the matrix. Maintaining confidentiality.
0-25% - Local within Peoria area. Nearly always at Morton, but maybe Mossville or downtown Peoria one day per month.
